These Terms of Service govern your use of the UXSPIKE website, design services, web development platforms, and digital marketing programs.
1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing our website (www.uxspike.com) or entering into a service agreement with UXSPIKE, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all terms, you may not access or use our services.
2. Agency Services & Scope of Work
UXSPIKE provides UI/UX design, website & app development, custom software engineering, and digital marketing strategy. Detailed scope of work, deliverables, timelines, and milestones for specific client projects are established in written project proposals or statements of work (SOW).
3. Intellectual Property Rights
Upon full payment of all agreed invoice fees, all custom Figma design files, source code, brand assets, and custom deliverables created by UXSPIKE for the client become the sole property of the client, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4. Payment Terms & Billing
Fixed-price projects generally require an initial deposit before work commences, with remaining milestone payments due upon completion of specified deliverables. Monthly retainers for digital marketing or ongoing support are billed in advance on a 30-day billing cycle.
