PrimEd set out to build an online learning platform that K-12 students would genuinely want to come back to — one that made progress visible, kept lessons engaging, and worked just as well on a phone as on a laptop.
Most learning tools are built for administrators, not learners. Completion rates were low because the experience felt like homework software. We needed to design for motivation and habit while still giving teachers the structure they relied on.
